Motivation Letter (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Motivation Letter website (the “Service”).

All credit card information is stored in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant servers of our partner, Stripe who is responsible for their security. No Anadar Professional Services employee or owner has access to your credit card information or can they see your selected password.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or enter information on our site or when that information is updated. That information is also maintained with our payment partner, Stripe, whose privacy policy is referenced above. Our payment provider is only provided information when you create a transaction on our site.
How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect, both on its own and combined with any other information we collect about you, for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To provide the requested Services to you;
- To provide you with useful content;
- To ensure the proper functioning of our Services
- To offer and improve our Services;

How do we protect visitor information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

No Anadar employee or owner has access to your credit card information and we will only use Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant partners for payment processing in order to ensure the security of your information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
We will remove any of your data stored on our servers at your request.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Yes. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under 13. Most of our products are not intended for children in any way.

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
